When you request a table, event estimate, or contact us, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, company, event date, party size, preferences, and special requests.
We may also record limited campaign information such as the referring website, landing page, and advertising campaign parameters. We do not intentionally include reservation contact details in analytics events.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, check availability, prepare estimates, provide requested event materials, confirm bookings, and improve our website and marketing.
How information is shared
Information is available only to Texas Tower and service providers used to operate the website, email, analytics, and reservation communications. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and booking records only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, fraud prevention, and applicable requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with an enquiry, subject to records we must retain. You can also ask us not to contact you further about an enquiry.
