Texas Tower's tandoor menu has five paneer tikkas (classic, banjara, peshawari, malai and stuffed), plus tandoori mushroom and bharwan kumbh for vegetarians, and traditional, banjara and malai chicken tikka, murgh cotton kebab, tangdi kebab, matka murgh and bhatti ka murgh for everyone else.

For seafood there is lasooni and tandoori fish tikka, surmai tawa fry, nasheela jhinga and tandoori prawns, and mutton sukka too. Order a few for the table and a round from the bar.
