Momos are being added to the Texas Tower menu. They are not served yet; we will announce the launch here and on Instagram.
In the meantime the dim sum menu has ten kinds of dumplings: crystal, spicy veg, cream cheese mushroom, sriracha cottage cheese and corn & water chestnut, plus chicken & chive, spicy chicken, chili garlic, smoky and sriracha chicken.
